Important Points to Remember

  • The header or the title page has no page number. Actual page numbering in the report starts from the reports detailed page.

  • If the Recipe Template is complex and the procedure overflows a page in such a way that it exceeds printing in more than one page then the Procedure flow is displayed using the page breakers and connectors. For example, if a procedure branch is continued to page 2, the point at which the Procedure branch is ending on page 1 is denoted by a page breaker PageBreaker and the procedure branch where it continues is denoted by a page connector PageConnectoron page 2. The 'To' page breaker symbol displays the destination page number where the procedure flow continued. The 'From' page breaker symbol displays the source page number on which the procedure flow exceeded the page limit.

  • When the branches are nested such as Execute one inside Execute All, Loop inside loop, Loop inside branch, Branch inside loop, then the flow breaker is displayed at the end of the page for each of the open end and it is continued in the horizontal (X) position from the next new page.

  • When the branch legs overflow horizontally it is continued using the horizontal flow breaker. At the end of the branch, all the legs of the branch that were horizontally split is connected across pages using the horizontal flow breaker.

  • The horizontal flow breaker symbol includes 'To pg #' TopageH in the page breaker at the page where the flow is cut and ‘From Pg #’ FromPageH in the page breaker at the page where the flow is continued.

  • Hyperlinks are added in each Capability and Transition that allows you to navigate to the respective details page listed in table when you click a Capability or Transition in the procedure.

  • Bookmarks are added on the left pane of the PDF for hyperlinking to the Procedure Capability/Transition. The bookmarks are available for header and procedure when you export a Recipe Template. All bookmarks are sorted by alias. If you open a saved report in Google Chrome browser, the bookmarks are available on the right pane.

  • Capability Parameters for various Capabilities are displayed in the table format as per the Parameter Groups defined in the system.

  • If the value for an item exceeds 1024 characters, the value is shown properly only in A3 page size. In other page sizes, such as A4, Letter, and Legal, value is shown with an ellipsis.
