Override Done By/Check By Settings for Recipe

The Done By/Check By Settings tab displays the default done by/check by settings for Recipe. You can override the default settings by selecting the Override global settings check box. If you override the global Done By/Check By settings at the Recipe level, then while executing the Recipe, the DoneBy/CheckBy prompts are displayed at runtime based on the settings that are selected at the Recipe level. The global DoneBy/CheckBy settings are not applied for this Recipe.

For example: The Global Done By/Check By settings to Assign Recipe are enabled for Done By, Check By, and Comment required and if you create a Recipe Rec_001 by overriding the Assign Recipe settings for Rec_001 to false for Done By, Check By, and Comment. During runtime when you try to assign Recipe Rec_001 to an equipment application, the application does not ask for Done By/Check By prompts as the Done By/Check By settings to assign Recipe for Form_001 are not set.

The Done By/Check By settings tab displays all the following Recipe related Done By/Check By settings:

• Assign Recipe

• Start Recipe

• Hold Recipe

• Restart Recipe

• Abort Recipe

• Stop Recipe

• Pause Recipe

• Resume Recipe

• Force Transition

• Abandon Recipe

• Change Runtime Parameter Values (Targets/Extensions Before Start)

• Change Runtime Parameter Values (Targets/Extensions After Start)

• Change Runtime Parameter Values (Actuals/Extensions)

  NOTE: Make sure that the Recipe is checked out before you override the Done By/Check By settings.

To override Done By/Check By settings

1. Open the existing Recipe. The Recipe Details page appears.

2. On the Details page, click the Done By/Check By Settings tab. The default Done By/Check By settings for Recipe that are inherited from Global Done By/Check By Settings appear in the grid.

3. Click the Override global settings check box to override the done by/check by settings for various actions of the Recipe. You can override the done by, check by, or comment for various actions individually or click Select All to override all the settings at once.

4. Click Update.
