Upgrade a Formula Template

Formula Templates are versioned entities, and you should upgrade the Formula Templates if any Parameter Extensions are added, deleted, or there is any change in the Group.
When you add or delete any Parameter Extensions or update the Group, it shows all the Formula Templates as upgradeable. You can see an Upgrade icon appears on the Formula Templates tile in the summary page. In the details page, you can see an Upgrade button on the action bar only if the Formula Template is checked out.
To upgrade a Formula Template

From the Summary page, click the Formula Templates that is available for upgrade. The Formula Templates detail page appears.

Click Upgrade and then click Check In to upgrade the Formula Templates to include the latest Parameter Extensions version or Parameter Groups changes. In the case of new Parameter Extensions, you can also view the updated Parameter Extensions as a column on the upgraded Formula Templates details page with blank data.
You can click Undo Check Out before checking in the changes after upgrading to revert to an earlier version of Formula Templates and the Upgrade icon will re-appear at all the respective places.
