View Reports By Formula

To view reports by Formula

1. From the Main menu, click Reports, and then click View by Formula. By default, the summary view appears with a tile for each downloaded Formula. The Formula name and the number of times the Formula has been downloaded are shown on the tile. You can click the Grid View icon to view the Summary page in the Grid view format.

2. Click the tiles (in Tile view) or click View (in Grid view) on the Summary page to navigate to the downloaded Formulas page for the Formula. The Downloaded Formulas grid lists all the Equipment to which the selected Formula has been downloaded. The grid is read-only and contains the following columns:

   • Completed At

   • Equipment

   • Equipment Version

   • Formula Version

   • Downloaded By

   • State

   • Parameters (Click the Details button to navigate to the Parameters details screen of the Formulas.)

By clicking on the column heading, you can display the column contents in ascending or descending order.

You can filter the grid by Equipment name using the basic filter text box at the top of the grid. The advanced filter is visible when you click the funnel icon and allows you to filter by Equipment, Start Date/Time and End Date/Time so you can specify a time frame for the downloads. The date and time are displayed in browser language and local time respectively.

Once you have set your filters, the icon appears in the status bar at the bottom of the screen indicating the filter is on.

To clear the filter in the text box, click X.
