Summary View

The Summary view in AVEVA Recipe Management allows you to see the summarized information related to an entity. You can see the summary view in any of the following formats:

  • Tile View

  • Grid View

By default, the Tile view appears. However, you can switch between the Tile view format or the Grid view format by clicking the respective buttons.

In the Tile view format, each entity appears as a tile which lists the information related to that entity. You can click an individual tile to navigate to the Details page of the corresponding entity.

If you click the Grid view icon, each tile appears as a row in the Grid View, which contains the same details and functions as that of the Tile view. The Grid view displays the Status (such as Checked out, Requires upgrades, Mapping required, and Keywords) for the entities. The Grid view also displays a separate column Keywords which lists the Keywords available for each entity. The Keywords are displayed in the order in which their individual position is set in the Keywords page. You can click the View button on each row to navigate to the details page of the corresponding item. The View button is unavailable when a bulk operation is in progress, and you cannot navigate to the details page.

In the Grid view, you can select multiple rows using the Multi-Select check box. When you switch from the Details page to the Summary page, the row selection is retained, and the Summary view state is saved as local storage per editor. The next time when you open the editor, the Summary page appears in the Tile View format or the Grid View format based on the local storage value.
