The History System database is located on a system where you have installed and configured the AVEVA Recipe Management Server components. The History Server uses Microsoft SQL Server to store and archive all information related to the download, execution, and changes in the Recipe or Formula instance.

This documentation does not describe how to use Microsoft SQL Server. However, you may want to use Microsoft SQL Server tools to maintain and view information about the historical databases. For more information on using Microsoft SQL Server, see your Microsoft documentation.
