List Data Types

The following table describes the List Data Type columns for an export/import:

Enumeration value of the list data type. The Enum value for Enum List data type is mandatory and will have a valid integer value. For a String list data type, this value can be blank and is optional. |
To export List Data Types

From the List Data Types Summary page, click the List you want to export.

Click Export. A confirmation appears.

Do any of the following:

Click Open to open the .CSV file.

Click Save to download the .CSV file at the default location.

Click Save as to save the .CSV file at the location where you want to download the file.

Click Save and Open to save the file and then open the .CSV file.

To create/update a list data type by importing list data type

From the Main menu, select Configuration> List Data Types to display the Roles Summary page.

Click the Add Enum List/Add String List button. The List Data Type Details page displays. A new list is created with a default name that you can change. You can enter a description for the list in the field.

Click Import.

From the slide-in window, click Browse to find the .CSV file you want to import.

Select the file, then click Import.

Click Update and the List is saved.
NOTE: If you create a new Enum List data type by importing a String List data type .CSV file, you must update the exported .CSV file by adding the Enum value. Otherwise, an error message appears.
