Filter Capabilities

You can use the filters option available on the Capability Summary page to show/hide the Capabilities.

To show/hide Capabilities based on the basic filter

1. Open the Capability Summary page.

2. Click the Filter icon. The Filter slide-in window appears.

3. In the Filter slide-in window, you can specify any of the following filter criteria to show/hide the Capabilities:

   • To show just a specific Capability, type the Capability name in the Name box.

   • To show only the Capabilities in a specific state, select the state from the State drop-down list.

   • To show only the Capabilities checked out by you, click the Show my checkouts only check box.

   • To show only the Capabilities that require Operator interaction, click the Show Capabilities with Ack on Exit check box.

4. Click Filter to filter the Capabilities based on the defined criteria.

5. Click Clear to reset the Filter Criteria.

Filter Capability Parameters

You can use the filters option available on the Capability details page to show/hide the Capability Parameters.

To show/hide Capability Parameters based on the advanced filter

6. Open the Capability details page.

7. Open the Parameter tab and then click the Advanced Filter icon. The Filter slide-in window appears.

8. In the Filter slide-in window, you can specify any of the following filter criteria to show/hide the Capabilities Parameters:

   • To show just a specific Capability Parameter, type the Capability parameter name in the Name box.

   • To show only the Capability Parameters of a specific group, type the group name in the Group box.

   • To show only the Capability Parameters of a particular built-in or user-defined data type, select the data type from the Data Type drop-down list.

   • To show only the Capability Parameters that require editing, click the Show parameters that require edit check box.

   • To show only the Capability Parameters with the optional target, click the Show parameters with optional target check box.

9. Click Filter to filter the Parameters based on the defined criteria.

10. Click Clear to reset the filter criteria.
