Set State of Equipment

You can update the state of Equipment using the Set State option available in the action bar. You can set the state of the Equipment to any of the following:

• Draft

• Approved

• Obsolete

You cannot delete Equipment from the system. If a piece of Equipment is no longer in use, you can set its state to Obsolete.

To set Equipment state

1. Open the Equipment details page.

2. Click Set State. The Set State dialog box appears.

3. From the State drop-down list, select the State.

4. In the Comment box, type the comment.

5. Click Set.
