About the Import AVEVA Recipe Management Model Utility

The Import AVEVA Recipe Management Model utility is only available on AVEVA System Platform nodes where the AVEVA Recipe Management Components for AVEVA System Platform feature are installed. It does not require any other feature to be installed on the same node. However, a AVEVA Recipe Management Server does need to be accessible over the network, and that server should be configured with an initial model.

The Import AVEVA Recipe Management Model utility:

• Reads the Equipment model and recreates it in the current Galaxy.

• Provides a means to keep the Galaxy model synchronized with the AVEVA Recipe Management model if changes are made on the AVEVA Recipe Management side.
