Prerequisites

Before using the AVEVA Recipe Management web controls in InTouch OMI View application, make sure you have:

• RecipeManagementOMIApp.aaPKG is required to import InTouch OMI View application for AVEVA Recipe Management.

  • RecipeManagementOMIApp.aaPKG: This package internally includes the ArchestrA.Visualization.RecipeManagerPlusApp.dll, the DisplayTemplates.xml files and sample Layout, Symbol and ScreenProfile. The package is available as part of a TechNote. For more information about the TechNote, contact Technical Support, using the link https://sw.aveva.com/contact.

• Installed the AVEVA Application Server and InTouch feature using the AVEVA System Platform 2023 R2 product.

• Installed the Components for System Platform IDE feature using AVEVA Recipe Management v5.1 installation. You must also configure AVEVA Recipe Management in the "Integrated with AVEVA Application Server" mode.

• Imported the package "RecipeManagementOMIApp.aaPKG" in the System Platform IDE. The package is available at C:\Program Files (x86)\AVEVA\Recipe Management\AppObjects.

  Note: AVEVA Recipe Management is not supported on InTouch OMI Web Client application.
