The system administrator must sign in to the RtReports editor to assign privileges to groups using the Group Privileges command on the Admin menu.

Permissions cannot be changed for the RtReportsAdmin group.

If configured groups are deleted from the system, the user is notified when the Group Privileges window or the Report Advanced Settings window opens.

Privileges for an individual user are the highest of the rights among the groups to which the user belongs.
