When the ReportPDFReadOnly web.config key (%PIHOME%\RtReports\bin \OSISoft.RtReports.RtRemotingHost.exe.config) is set to true, Adobe X is required to view printed reports. If this key is set to false, then reports can be opened with previous versions of Adobe.
