Sign in to RtReports generator

To open RtReports generator from the desktop, click Start > PI System > RtReports > RtReports - Generator.

Other machines on your network can access the RtReports generator through Internet Explorer by going to the URL https://RtReports_Server_Name/RtReports and replacing the server name with your own RtReports server name.

Note: If the RtReports server is configured to require a client time zone, you might encounter the error "URL does not include time zone context" when you launch the Generator from the Windows Start menu. In this case, you must use a URL containing the TZ query string parameter with an appropriate time zone context. Your administrator can provide an alternative shortcut that uses this parameter. If you are unsure what value to enter for the TZ = parameter, consult your system administrator.

Sign in to RtReports generator with a valid domain user account.

If cookies are allowed, RtReports stores the user profile from the most recent session.
