Specify batch report conditions

The Report Condition area allows you to limit the search to a certain report name and to limit the search to a given status for that report. Click the arrows to display the available choices.

Conditions of reports will be one of the following statuses.

• Not Run

  The report has not yet been generated. The batch has started and may or may not have finished.

• Not Yet Approved

  The batch has ended. The report has not yet begun its approval cycle.

• In Approval Cycle

  The batch has ended. The report has reached at least one user with approval privileges.

• Approved

  The batch has ended. The report has been approved by all the designated users with approval privileges for that report.

• In Edit

  This report is not released to production yet.

To run a search limited to a particular status:

1. Expand the display and select a report.

2. Select a status, such as Not Run or Approved.

3. Click Search.
