Select time ranges

After you search for report templates and their official time ranges, you select the time range for the report you want to generate.

1. In the Time Search Results area of the Report Search page, select the check box next to the time frame for the report you want to generate.

   You can select the check box in the View column next to the time frame for the report you want to generate to view the report immediately.

2. Click Generate Report.

   A new Report Viewer window opens for each time frame that you selected to view. The browser refreshes on a periodic basis defined by your server refresh setting.

   The main RtReports Report Search page displays a list of all the reports you generated in this session. Each report name in this list is an active hyperlink that opens the report in a Report Viewer window when clicked.
