Specify report filter conditions

Report filter conditions limit the report templates that are returned when running a report template search.

For report Name, Version and Author fields, you can enter a particular name or part of a name with wildcard characters.

The * character is treated as a series of wildcard characters. The ? character is treated as a single wildcard character. If you leave a box blank, RtReports returns all report templates for that type.

1. Select the report type.

2. Optional: Specify the name, version, status, and author of a report template to limit the result set.

3. After specifying the report filter conditions, click Search.
