Report Viewer links and buttons

View the report PDF

This hyperlink displays the location of a printed report after it prints to PDF format.

Clicking the link displays the PDF in a PDF Viewer page.

Revert to Last Run Values

This hyperlink sets the values of all the parameters in the report to the values used the last time it was generated. These may be different from the default values.

Set to Default Values

This hyperlink sets all parameter values back to the default values defined in the report template. The default value for a list is the first value.

Refresh

This button generates a new report with the current parameter values.

If the parameter values are different from the last run of the report, the button name changes to Generate Report.

If you click the Revert to Last Run Values button, the button name changes to Refresh.
