Supporting AF Limits in result definitions

Attribute traits are now supported in RtReports. Attribute traits are treated the exact same as AF Attributes, and therefore are brought in as AF attributes in the Action Parameter list. Below is an example of utilizing attribute traits as high and low limits in the trend result definition.
