Create new versions of report templates

A new version of a report template may be created if the latest version of that report template has been released.

1. Open the report template in the RtReports editor.

2. Open the version manager.

   If all versions of the report template are release or retired, the New Version button is enabled.

3. Click New Version.

   The version number automatically increases by one whole number.

4. Close the version manager and check out the report template to begin editing the report.
