The user running the RtReports Application Pool can be updated using IIS Manager. For more information and details on how to change this, see Configure RtReports application pools to use the RtReports service account.
-
Verify that the user account is a member of the RtReportsAdmin local group.
-
Verify the user account has access to the RtReports folder (typically located at %PIHOME%\RtReports).
-
Verify the user account has access to the RtReports cache folder (typically located at %PIHOME%\RtReports\cache).
Note: When AutomaticReportGeneration (ARG) is running, it is recommended to increase the Idle Time-Out (minutes) setting in IIS Advanced Settings for the RtReports App Pool. At a minimum, it is suggested to update this value to several hours (300 minutes). This can be configured when updating the RtReports App Pool to run as the appropriate domain user.
