Select and generate batch reports

After selecting a batch, click the Reports tab to view the selected batch and the list of reports that can be produced for that batch. If you are authorized to use the RtReports editor, you will also see any reports that you currently have checked out for editing.

The Version column displays the report version that is suitable for the start time of the batch you have selected. Earlier or later versions are not listed.

Note: The list of reports might include significant white space but be more than one page. If so, click the page number links at the bottom of the list to view additional pages.

1. Select the report you want to generate from the list.

   You might need to scroll down to see additional data.

   The generator produces the report in a new browser window. This may require some time. The screen displays a wait message while the report is generating.

2. Click the RtReports Report Viewer page to view the report.

You can now work with the generated report in the RtReports Report Viewer page. Users can begin inserting comments, verifying sections, approving the reports and generating unofficial or official PDFs of the report.
