Account running the RtReports application pool

The account running the RtReports application pool needs to have appropriate access in order to correctly generate reports. Most end-users will be required to set the RtReports Application pool to run under a domain account that has the RtReports admin permissions. This user is also required to have an AF Mapping to access RtReports Application data typically stored in the Configuration database.
