Report Info elements

Report info elements provide a way to add report-specific information to the template, including report name, version, effective dates, and the last time the report was modified or a PDF generated.

You configure the report info element in the Report Info Edit window.

To edit drawing elements, right-click the element node in the format template tree and then click Property.

• Node Name

  The node name in the format template tree for the report info element.

• Time Format

  Defines a time format string used to format the report info time data.

• Report Info Type

  Specifies the type of report information to be displayed including:

  • None

  • Report Name

  • Report Version

  • Description

  • Author

  • Last Modified By

  • Time Last Modified

  • Reviewed Time

  • Effective Date

  • End Effective Date

  • Generated By

  • Time Generated

  • Last Printed By

  • Time Last Printed

  • Times Printed

  • Generated By Full Name

  • Last Printed By Full Name

• Font

  Defines the font properties of text within the element.

• Condition

  A condition expression for the element.
