RtReports for Event Frames

For customers that are utilizing Event Frames only, you will initially see the following error pop up during a batch search when opening the RtReports Generator: "Error during Batch Search: The target server database failed to load.[-12217] Not licensed to use Batch Database."

For customers that are utilizing Event Frames only, update the PreferredSearchMode key in the web.config (located %PIHOME%\RtReports\web.config) to a value of EF. This will eliminate the error.
