Importing a format template inserts a format template that has been exported as an XML file into the report template.

Open an existing report or create a new report.

Click File > Import > Import Format Template to Editor.
The Open window opens.

Locate and select the format template XML file you want to import and click OK.
The existing format template is replaced with the imported format template.

To save the report, click File > Save.
