Verify report sections

You enter comments and verify report sections to complete the report approval cycle. You must be authorized to verify report sections.

Only one verification is permitted per section. The verification information is included in the report. Verifications cannot be revoked.

If the report being verified was created in RtReports version 2.2 or 3.0, the section name may not be displayed in the Verifications and Approve windows in this release.

1. In the Report Viewer window, click the Verify link.

   The Verification Comment window opens.

2. Enter section verification comments in the Comment field.

3. Enter your password.

4. Click OK.

   You can view the verification status of sections in a generated report by clicking the Verifications link. Clicking this link opens a read-only page that displays the status of the verifications of the report.
