Generate batch reports

Use the RtReports generator to specify the conditions for batch reports, generate a list of qualifying batches, and select the batch for the report you will generate.

1. In the pane on the left side of the page, specify a time range.

2. Select a PI Server from the Server list to conduct the batch search.

   You can include additional criteria from your batch database using the product, batch, equipment, operation, and phase attributes.

3. Optional: Specify search conditions.

4. Optional: Specify report conditions.

   You may select a particular report and further limit it to a certain status such as Approved, In Approval Cycle, Not Run (not yet generated against this batch), and Not Yet Approved (not yet in approval cycle).

5. Click Search.

   You can view a list of results on the right side of the screen under the Batches tab.

6. From the list, select a batch.

   You can examine the list and select the particular processing step in which you are interested.

7. From the Reports tab, select a report to run.

   A separate browser window opens and displays the generated report.
