Set marine installation paths

Marine paths are set up automatically as described below for simple installations. This may vary for networked solutions, and in these cases the original evars.bat file (saved as evars.bat.original) should be modified by a Marine administrator to include the Point Cloud Manager additions listed in evarsLFM.bat, then renamed as evars.bat.
