To toggle all 3D points (both high and low resolution) in the 3D View when points data is shown, select the Points button.

When HyperBubble data is displayed, select this button to switch back to showing points data.
Toggling low resolution points
To toggle low resolution points data, in the Points drop-down, select Low resolution.

If a volume is selected, only the points inside the volume remain on the screen. If a volume is not selected, all points are toggled off.
Using the Edge mode
Edge Mode is ideal for visualizing the edges of features, such as walls and pavements, in laser scanned data. This can be especially useful for creating 2D plans of the scanned area. Areas where there is a high concentration of points (walls, pavements, and so on) are easily identified by lines of data.
Select the button shown below to toggle Edge Mode.

Identifying datasets
Select the Identify Datasets option under the Points drop-down menu to see different datasets points displayed in different colours.

Selecting the Identify Datasets option again will display the datasets points in a monochrome colour.
Toggling colour
To toggle points data between colour and intensity, select the Toggle colour option under the Points drop-down menu.
Switching to intensity rendering enables you to see clearly certain information that is otherwise obscured by light.
The Toggle colour option is visible only when you select Incorporate colour and intensity information in the Points settings dialog during dataset generation and when your dataset has both colour and intensity information.
