Advanced mode installation

AVEVA Point Cloud Manager no longer requires a dongle for Viewer project creation. To avoid unauthorised users from taking the Viewer creation license there is now an option to install an advanced version of Point Cloud Manager which gives access to this feature. This is illustrated in the screenshot below.

Point Cloud Manager should be run from the Advanced Mode shortcut to be able to create a new Viewer project.
