Graphics system setup

The graphics system settings should be changed depending on the version of Navisworks being used.

To do this:

1. Navigate to the Navisworks options by going to File > Options OR press F12.

   

2. In the Options Editor, expand the nodes Interface and then Display.

   

3. For Navisworks 2015 onwards, set System to Basic.

   

4. For Navisworks 2014 and earlier, disable Auto-select and set System to Presenter.

   

If the 3D model flickers upon rotating/zooming the view when Navisworks is connected to AVEVA Point Cloud Manager, or if the HyperBubble fails to display inside Navisworks (but does display inside Point Cloud Manager), this can be resolved by deselecting Options > Interface > Display > Detail > Guarantee Frame Rate.
