The roles specific permissions for AVEVA Point Cloud Manager service are as follows:

Allows the user to access the online AVEVA Point Cloud Manager project in the specified folder.
Users can perform all basic Viewer functions such as open BubbleViews, take measurements, create Markups and so on.
Measurements and Markups that are created will be visible to other Viewer project users and will be saved for future use.
Models stored with the Viewer project can be displayed within the BubbleViews and items of interest searched for.

Allows the user to access the online Viewer project in the specified folder.
Users can perform all basic Viewer functions such as open BubbleViews, take measurements, create Markups etc.
Measurements and Markups that are created will NOT be visible to other Viewer project users and will NOT be saved for future use.

Allows the user to generate resources on the Cloud using previously uploaded pre-registered .zfc files.
This role will also allow the user to view the status of uploaded scans in the File Management tab.
However, note that in order to upload the pre-registered .zfc files the user will require the Upload User role.

Allows the user to use the functionality in the Snapshot/Rollback tab and the Cross-Region Replication tab on the Administration page.
Allows the user to use the full functionality in the Upload tab on the Administration page that is, upload entities, upload 3D object files, map coordinate file, or upload a custom logo (also known as white labelling).

Allows the user to access CONNECT folders from a AVEVA Point Cloud Manager session to upload published Viewer projects.
Allows users to additionally upload pre-registered .zfc files for Cloud resource generation in the File Management tab of the Administration page or via the AVEVA Point Cloud Manager application.
This role will allow the user to view the conversion status of the uploaded files within the File Management tab.
However, note that this role alone does not allow the user to start the Cloud resource generation. For this they will require the Generation role.

Shows the Administration tile on the account in CONNECT which is used to launch the Administration page.
This is an account level role and is not related to a specific folder. Please ensure you add this to the account level in the Roles tab within CONNECT as shown below right (account will be shown in bold text in the Folder drop-down list).

To be used in addition to the Standard User role and allows the user to access the dataset demolition tools within Everything3D & AVEVA Point Cloud Manager once connected to a Cloud project.

Demolition of data will lock the laser database until the demolition is completed. Customers are advised to schedule the demolition to take place at a suitable time.

To be used in addition to the Standard User role and allows the user to access the clash analysis tools within Everything3D & AVEVA Point Cloud Manager once connected to a Cloud project.

Clash reports will change as clashes against cloud-hosted data will report against the catalogue component.

Note: Desktop clashing reports clashes against each primitive in the catalogue item.

Shows the Maps tile on the account node in CONNECT which is used to launch the Google Maps landing page.
This is an account level role and is not related to a specific folder.
Projects are presented on the map as Viewer projects pins and upon further scrolling as individual scan locations.
