Data points can be viewed directly within MicroStation. In operation, Point Cloud Manager and MicroStation work side by side. All the existing Point Cloud Manager functionalities are still accessible, but at any time, by opening up MicroStation, the user can view points through their familiar MicroStation environment. Point Cloud Manager works as a points server to MicroStation, providing new views dynamically as the user flies around.
