Get started with project page administration

To upload laser scan files to the Production interface, you will first need to:

  • Sign in to CONNECT.

  • Set up a project folder on CONNECT.

  • You will also require Upload and Generator roles to be able to upload scans and generate point cloud datasets.

To set up a project with specific roles, refer to the CONNECT documentation.

After you have your project folder set up with the required permissions, you can access your asset in the Administration interface by selecting the Projects arrow.

You will need the Administrator role for your asset to appear under the Projects menu of the Administration interface. To use the Upload and Dataset tabs, you will need the Upload and Generator roles.
