The Models tab enables you to upload model files directly to the Admin page.
Accepted file formats include: .zgl, .rvm, and .fbx.
You can now upload a Z+F source file without the need to convert the file to a zfc file. The conversion is done automatically and is made ready for generation into the lfd dataset. This saves a huge amount of time in conversion and will enable you to upload smaller, pre-processed source scans.
To upload model files:
-
Select the Models tab on the Admin page and then select Upload.

-
In the Upload model dialog, use the file explorer to navigate to the object file path and select Open. You will then see the selected object file in the drag and drop space.

Newly uploaded model files are indicated with a green tick and previously uploaded models are indicated with a yellow exclamation mark. To remove previously uploaded files, select the cross button.
-
You can associate the selected object file to a dataset by selecting the corresponding dataset checkbox and then selecting Upload. You can link multiple datasets to a single model file. The linked datasets can then be viewed by expanding the model file drop-down on the Admin page.

-
To delete a model file, select the 3 dots for the given file and then select Delete.
To view your uploaded model files in Viewer, open Viewer and select the relevant project. The uploaded model files should be visible in the Objects tab.
