Software support problems may be quickly resolved if log files are sent when a problem is encountered.
When requested to do so, please produce the Point Cloud Manager log files and email pcm.support@aveva.com.
This assists in reviewing the recent work processes after a reported fault condition.
To create a log file:

Select File > Home > Copy Log Files. This brings up a browser window.

Browse to select a destination directory to receive the files.

Email pcm.support@aveva.com.
