Marine CAD Link

This link allows data points to be used directly within the Marine environment. In operation, Point Cloud Manager and Marine work side by side. All of the existing Point Cloud Manager functionality is still accessible, but the user can view points through their familiar Marine environment. Point Cloud Manager works as a points server to Marine providing new views dynamically as the user flies around.
