The Management Panels within AVEVA Point Cloud Manager include the following:
The Enable user control will also be displayed here for project users with the appropriate permissions.
File based multi-user projects
Point Cloud Manager can store project data (volumes and measurements) in SQLite databases. This enables multiple users to view and update the project without having to set up a full SQL database.
To enable this function:

Go to File > Options > Project.

In the Store data in drop-down, select File (Multiple users). With this function enabled, anytime a change is made to the project, the refresh symbol is displayed on the relevant node. This is demonstrated in the screenshot below on the Project Volumes node.

This symbol indicates the user that a change has been made to the project and that they can refresh that node to see the relevant changes.

To refresh the node, right-click on the relevant node and select Refresh.
