Move only the primary (same FQDN)

In this scenario, we are moving only the primary Data Archive to a new computer. The name and the FQDN of the primary server remains the same.

First, move only the primary Data Archive. See Phase 2a: Move a single server. Next, follow these steps:

1. Run Collective Manager on the new primary server.

2. Select the primary server in Collective Manager, and click on Fix Certificate Issues.... This forces the collective to ignore the old certificate and start using the new certificate on the new primary server.

3. Run piartool -registerhacert -u on the primary and then on each secondary if you cannot run Collective Manager, or if Collective Manager fails when attempting to fixing certificate issues. See the Data Archive topic piartool command-line options.
