The uninstall process does not remove the PI AF SQL Server database and any database backup files. If the same version or a more recent version of PI AF server is later reinstalled, any existing PI AF SQL Server database will be used and upgraded as necessary.
During an uninstall, the files listed below are not removed automatically. You can remove them manually. Unless otherwise noted, these files appear in the %PIHOME64%\AF directory.

-
AFService.pfx
-
AFSDK.config
-
AFTRACE*.config

Log files (*.log) in the %PIHOME64%\DAT or %PIHOME%\DAT directories.
Several products share the %PIHOME64% or %PIHOME% directories as well as the PIPC.INI, PI.ICO, and PI16.ICO files. After uninstalling PI AF server, you can remove any of those files or directories if they are no longer needed.
