View license activation history

If you cannot successfully generate a license file for Data Archive, you can view your license activation history to see if someone at your workplace has already generated the file. If necessary, you can use the Customer Portal to obtain a temporary license.

Go to the Customer Portal and log into your account.

Click the Products tab to open the list of registered products associated with this account.

Find the product in question with the matching serial number.

Click the View License Activation History button
.

Scroll down to see the activation history for the selected Data Archive.

If necessary, open a support case for help with obtaining a temporary license for Data Archive.
