You must have administrator privileges on a computer to uninstall PI Server.

This procedure describes how to use the PI Server Maintenance wizard to uninstall PI Server in its entirety, including all of its components such as Data Archive, PI AF server, and other products.

  1. Open the Windows Control Panel and select Programs and Features.

  2. Double-click PI Server <release> Installer.

    The Maintenance wizard for PI Server opens.

  3. Select Uninstall, click Next, and then click Uninstall.

    The uninstall process begins.

  4. After uninstalling, you must manually remove any files created by Data Archive and PI AF server.
