Reconnect PSE to the upgraded PI AF server

The final step for upgrading your PI Server server is to reconnect PI System Explorer to the PI AF server. Some final upgrade operations will occur when the client reconnects to the PI AF server for the first time after the upgrade. The client may experience a brief period of slow performance due to these final operations.

We recommend that you force these post-upgrade operations to occur by reconnecting the PI System Explorer to your upgraded PI AF server immediately after the PI Server install kit completes the upgrade process.
