Assign a default standard item to an entity

Assign a default standard item to a physical entity so that the production rates of different entities can be compared.

To assign a default standard item to an entity

1. In the Default Standard Item field , select the ellipsis (...).

   The Select Item dialog appears.

2. In the fields provided, enter filter terms to limit the number of items returned.

   Leaving the filter blank will return all available items. Selecting Clear filters will clear all the active filters.

3. Select Apply filters to generate a list of available items.

4. Select an item from the list to use as the default standard item.

5. Select OK to assign the selected value to the entity as the default standard item.
