Add "bom_ver_id" and "spec_ver_id" (both string40, nullable) before "item_id" to record the BOM version and specification version used when the work order was instantiated from a process.

Allow wo_priority values from 1 to 999.

Before "last_edit_comment":

• Add "may_override_route" (logical, default false) to indicate whether jobs may be performed out of sequence.

• Add "spare1" through "spare4" (string80, nullable).
