Change "cur_raw_reas_cd" from int32 to string40, to allow for raw reasons that are strings.

Before "spare1", add:

• "break_start_reas_cd" and "break_end_reas_cd" (both int32, nullable) to hold the default reason to be applied when a break begins or ends.

• "inherit_from_parent" (logical, default true) to indicate whether changes in the parent’s utilization reason should also be made to this entity.
