ProductionUnitOfMeasure property

The ProductionUnitOfMeasure property specifies how many batches are being produced in a given time period. The possible values are BatchesPerSecond (0), BatchesPerMinute (1), BatchesPerHour (2), SecondsPerBatch (3), MinutesPerBatch (4), and HoursPerBatch (5). The first three values specify that N batches are made every (second, minute, or hour), while the last three specify that it takes N (seconds, minutes, or hours) to make a batch. Without units, the TargetRate is a meaningless number.
