Add "sublot_no" and "rm_sublot_no" (both string40, nullable) before "reas_cd" to record the sublot number of the produced item, and if disassembling, of the raw material item.

Add "created_at" (tdatetime, not nullable) before "row_id" to record when the record was first created.
