Specify jobs and an item as trigger conditions

In addition to the item reason, you can also use one or both of the following as required conditions to trigger the dynamic routing process for this usage entry:

Specific jobs that are allowed to initiate rework by the dynamic routing process. All jobs must be in the same originating process.

A specific item for which rework by the dynamic routing process can be initiated.
Specify jobs that can initiate the rework

Click the ellipsis button in the entry’s Orig. Process ID column or next to the Orig. Process ID box in the Properties window.
The Select Process window appears.

Select the process whose operations instantiate the jobs from which the rework can be initiated and click OK.
Specify the item for which rework can be initiated

Click the ellipsis button in the entry’s Item ID column or next to the Item ID box in the Properties window.
The Select Item dialog appears.

Optionally, specify search terms in the top pane to filter the list of items to select.
To list all available items, do not specify any search terms.

Click Apply Filters.
The items that are available to be linked to the dynamic routing usage entry and that match the filter if search terms were entered appear in the bottom pane.

Select the item to assign to the dynamic routing usage entry and click OK.
